📜 Terms and Conditions – PrishiGO

 

1. Service Usage
PrishiGO allows users to book reliable and timely parcel delivery services.
All users must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
Users must be 18+ or have consent from a guardian to use the app.
 

2. Eligibility
Must be 18+ with a valid driving license.
Required documents (Aadhaar/License) must be submitted during registration by driver.
Profile photo can be uploaded using camera only (gallery upload disabled).
 

3. Package Policy
Handle packages with care.
Rider will be liable to pay for any loss or damage to the package.

4. Disclaimer
If any mishappening happens, the company will not be responsible for any loss.

5. Parcel Responsibility
Users are responsible for securely packing items for delivery.
Any damage due to poor packaging is not the responsibility of PrishiGO or its drivers.
Accurate parcel value and contents must be declared during booking.
Verify recipient details during pickup and drop-off.
 

6. Payment and Charges
All charges, including GST (18%), will be displayed before confirming the booking.
Online payment and cash options (if available) must be completed on time.
 

7. Prohibited Items 
Prohibited items are restricted.
Items such as weapons, illegal substances, flammable items, or valuables (gold, cash) are strictly not allowed.
If found, such items may be confiscated and legal action may be taken.
 

8. App Usage
App must be used only for PrishiGO deliveries.
Users must not share account login details.
Misuse or fraud may lead to account termination.
 

9. Modifications to Terms
PrishiGO reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Continued use after updates implies agreement to the revised terms.
